Mary Maidment: Service

Hi! My name is Mary Maidment and I am from Portland, Oregon. I am studying neuroscience with a minor in psychology on the pre-med track. On campus, I work as an events assistant and as an Ambassador, frequently giving tours. When I have free time, I love to be outside hiking, shopping, intramural sports, workout classes, and spending time with friends. This year, my team won our softball and volleyball intramural championships!! I have been busy watching the new Secret Lives of Mormon Wives season and just finished Scandal. What drew me to Setons was the Service pillar. Since I was young, my family has made an effort to be actively involved in different forms of service in our community. Audrey Ganem - Service

Hello! My name is Audrey Ganem and I am a Business major from sunny Tucson, Arizona. Some of my favorite hobbies are hiking, biking, and playing card games with my family. I am so thankful that we have been able to be at school in Spokane this year, and even more thankful that the Setons have had the chance to be active this semester.
Growing up, service has always been a really important aspect of my life and I was involved in multiple service organizations up until I graduated high school. Going into freshman year, I wanted to take a little bit of time to adjust to the huge change of college and decided to focus on my school work however, I always felt that I was missing something in my life. So I decided to join setons. Being part of this club has not only given me the opportunity to meet 28 amazing girls, but I have also had the chance to be more involved in the Spokane community. Every Wednesday I go with three of my sisters, Livie, Emma, and Elly, to volunteer at Women and Children’s Free Restaurant. We help WFCR with their contactless food distribution, where they provide families in need, with fresh produce, dairy products, canned goods, and other shelf-stable products. There is no better feeling than helping our community with your setons sisters! ATTS :)
