Nathalia Meza - Service

Hi there! My name is Nathalia Meza, and I am from Los Angeles, California. I am a nursing major here at Gonzaga! Joining Setons has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. Getting to be surrounded by and a part of such an amazing group of girls has been one of the most memorable experiences of my sophomore year! Setons has been a great opportunity to expand my involvement within Gonzaga and the greater Spokane community by making lasting impacts through acts of service. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, thrifting, playing the ukulele, and spending time with my friends.                                                 One of the aspects of Setons that I truly enjoy is the opportunity to give back and serve the greater Spokane community through various weekly and monthly volunteer opportunities. Natalie Carlson - Sisterhood

Hi there!
My name is Natalie and I am a Nursing major & Spanish minor. I grew up right outside of Portland, Oregon, so I'm a big fan of the beauty of the Northwest!
So far this year, my favorite pillar is Sisterhood. Throughout this unpredictable and untraditional year, it has remained important to me to connect with the other girls in this club as safely as possible. Almost every week, we are assigned "Sister Dates" as an opportunity to get to know other Setons one-on-one. Whether that be meeting for coffee in Hemmingson, going on a walk on Centennial Trail, or sledding by Lake Arthur, I feel so lucky to get to know and spend time with these amazing, driven, and like-minded girls! Additionally, as Setons, we are all assigned a "Big" sister from the class above us. My Big, Bella, and I have so much in common and have become very close friends. I appreciate the connection we've made despite the challenges of this year!
In other news, we recently learned about the service organizations we will be working with for the rest of the semester (shoutout Ashley and Katie). I am looking forward to beginning service this weekend with Blessings Under the Bridge alongside my sisters Eva, Claire P, Lauren, and Pilar!
